Shipping policy

I ship within the United States only.

In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days. Custom and special orders take 2–3 weeks, since each one is made by hand — I'll keep you updated on timing as I work.

Shipping rates

Orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $7.99.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking says your package was delivered and you can't find it, check with your neighbors and your local carrier first, then email info@natalieadamshegwoodstudio.com and I'll help you track it down.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of both the packaging and the item and email me right away. I'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, I'll reach out to arrange reshipping, though additional shipping charges may apply.
